Asaf is an Israeli Patent Attorney and Advocate having vast and unique knowledge in the field of intellectual property as well as many years of experience working in the High-Tech industry.
For over a decade, Asaf has used his vast knowledge in technology and his deep understanding of the High-Tech industry to provide a wide range of services in the Intellectual Property field, including intellectual property strategy planning, patent drafting and management of patent examination processes around the world.
Among his previous roles, Asaf was the Intellectual Property Manager of an Israeli startup operating in the data storage field, led R&D projects in local Hi-Tech companies, and held several command positions in the IDF Intelligence corps, as a graduate of the IDF programming course (MAMRAM).

Avi is a graduate of the Academic Reserve program in the IDF, during which he earned a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Technion - Israeli Institute of Technology (Cum Laude).
During his army service, Avi completed an M.Sc. in Computer Science (at Tel-Aviv University). After his army service, Avi joined Elbit Systems where he led high value C&C (Command & Control) projects for clients throughout the world. Avi’s responsibilities included contracts, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, Intellectual Property, acquisition and other legal matters.
After 10 years at Elbit, Avi studied Law and earned his LL.B. After obtaining his law degree, Avi worked for some of the leading Israeli IP firms, as an IP Attorney.
Avi provides his clients with a wide range of services, for designing and building a high value patent portfolio. Avi’s services include accompanying his clients throughout the patent drafting process, beginning with patent strategy planning and continuing throughout the patent registration process, in Israel and worldwide.
In addition, Avi provides open source consultation services and intellectual property commercialization services.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Dan worked as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for 10 years, where he specialized in examining applications directed to magnetic storage devices.
While a patent examiner, Dan studied law at the George Washington University, where he received a J.D.
After making aliyah in 2010, Dan worked at a leading IP firm, where he prosecuted patents before the Israel Patent Office for foreign clients.
Dan’s services include hands-on patent drafting and worldwide prosecution.
Dan is a member of both the New York Bar and the Israel Bar, and a registered U.S. patent agent.
Alina joined our firm in 2018, after years of experience working in leading Intellectual Property law firms. Alina's practice focuses on patent drafting and prosecution worldwide, particularly in Israel and the US , in extensive range of technical areas, including Robotics, Medical Devices, Optical Systems, Mechanics, the Cannabis Industry, Cyber Security, Augmented and Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, IoT and other technologies.
Over the years, Alina has also gained extensive experience in prosecuting trademark and industrial design applications worldwide. She is well-versed in trademark and design protection and stays up to date with developments and changes in various jurisdictions.
Alina is a graduate of the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy at Tel Aviv University.
Alina is a licensed patent attorney and a member of the IPAA Patent Attorneys Association in Israel.
